For all transactional and legal purposes, the seller shall be MONARIS LLC, a company that distributes beauty products, subject to Colombian laws, with legal existence and its main domicile in the city of Pereira, hereinafter referred to as MONARIS LLC. Transactions carried out through the MONARIS LLC website (the "Site") are subject to these terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") and, in particular, the provisions applicable to distance sales under Colombian law. By making a transaction on the Site, users acknowledge and accept the Terms and Conditions described below. Likewise, any user visiting the Site is deemed to know and accept each and every condition outlined in these Terms and Conditions. The term "Clients" shall refer to visitors of the Site, potential buyers, and actual buyers.

DATA COLLECTION - CUSTOMER REGISTRATION: MONARIS LLC operates the Site, through which customers can purchase the products offered, including, but not limited to, home items, personal care products, sports equipment, technology, and pet products. Customer registration on this Site is essential to purchase products through it. To register, the customer must provide their basic information on the registration page, including personal data such as their identification number, address, and phone numbers. By entering their data, the customer declares in good faith that the information provided is true and up to date. Customer data will be handled in accordance with the MONARIS LLC information processing policies, which are incorporated into these terms and conditions.

The registration and purchase process on the Site must be carried out by individuals who are legally capable according to Colombian law. The registration information of customers will be collected, stored, and used by MONARIS LLC, maintaining adequate security standards to prevent unauthorized alteration, loss, access, or fraudulent use while ensuring the rights of data owners. The requested information aims to register the customer so they can access the Site and, if desired, purchase the products offered through it. The collected information will also be used for statistical and promotional purposes.

If a registered customer decides to purchase any of the products offered on the Site, they will need to provide specific payment information, such as credit or debit card details, billing address, phone number, and shipping address for MONARIS LLC to send the purchased products. For transaction security and customer protection, MONARIS LLC reserves the right to request additional data to verify personal information. Additionally, it may refuse to process purchases from customers whose data cannot be confirmed, delete any previously accepted registrations, or reject new registration requests without the obligation to communicate or disclose the reasons for such decisions, and without granting the customer any right to claim compensation.

USE OF COUPONS: If applicable, discount coupons cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise. Coupons may only be used once per customer and are available exclusively to individuals over the age of 18.

VALIDITY AND CONDITIONS OF PROMOTIONS: Offers and/or promotions will be valid for the period specified and communicated to the user. If no period is specified, the promotion will be valid until the designated inventory is depleted. Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated on the Site.

PRODUCTS: The essential characteristics of each product sold through this page are displayed graphically for each item. However, in some cases, color or other characteristics may vary.

PRICES: Each product's price will be displayed, including all applicable taxes and additional costs. The customer acknowledges and accepts that product prices may vary depending on the selected color or model.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: The customer of the MONARIS LLC website acknowledges and accepts that between the moment they select a product and the moment the financial entity approves the transaction, the selected product may become out of stock. Consequently, MONARIS LLC is authorized to cancel the transaction and refund the amount paid for the out-of-stock product. In such cases, the customer will be informed within sixty (60) business days from the date of purchase. This situation does not impose any liability on MONARIS LLC, nor does it grant the customer any right to claim compensation.

PRODUCT DELIVERY: MONARIS LLC will ship products using the appropriate carrier depending on the destination country. The product will arrive at its destination within a maximum of sixty (60) business days from the moment the purchase is confirmed and payment is processed, depending on the destination city. The customer will receive a notification with the tracking number once their order has been dispatched for tracking purposes.

During the initial phase of the project, shipments will only be made within the country. Orders will only be shipped on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Colombian national holidays. All deliveries will include a receipt acknowledgment.

Due to logistical challenges in shipping to certain remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel orders and/or apply additional terms and conditions to such orders (including, but not limited to, requiring a minimum order amount). The estimated delivery periods are indicative and, therefore, are not considered exact dates.

SHIPPING COSTS: We are currently offering free shipping as a limited-time promotion. However, for certain cities or municipalities, free shipping does not apply, and customers must pay the shipping cost. The shipping cost for these locations will be determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the destination, weight, and volume of the package. This amount will be calculated during the checkout process and will be communicated at the time of order finalization before payment is made.
